SSD Firmware Update (DIY Fusion Drive)

hi there

I'd like to update my ocz's Firmware on my early 2011 Macbook Pro Fusion Drive. (i do have a back up)

my question to this is: is it possible to update it without ruining my logical drive? or do i have to "separate" the drives first?

couldn't find the answer anywhere.

It depends if the firmware update is destructive (to the data on it) or not, which should be written in the readme/changelog of said update.

You can also contact OCZ to make sure.

Always have a working backup before attempting anything like partitioning or firmware updates to your drives.
