Edit: Sorry, there's another thread on this subject already.

How can I know which SSD will run fine in a MacBook Pro (15-inch, Late 2008)? Are these macs limited to SATA I? How do you know? And if not limited to SATA I, then will Intel 510 SATA III drive work here?
