Hey all:
I have a mid-09 15" MBP (2.53 C2D with 9400M graphics). I want to extend its life a bit with some upgrades. I'm planning on getting Mountain Lion, 8GB of RAM, and a 120GB SSD (more than enough GB, btw). I have an Intel 330 series SSD in my PC desktop that I've been really happy with for the price, performance, and good name it offers. Has anyone used one of the 330's in a MBP? I read on Newegg when I bought the one for my PC some people complaining about Linux issues... any known issues with Mac OS and this SSD?

** Oh yeah, what I like BEST about this SSD is the price. It's currently $109.99 AR, and I've seen it even less. I'm totally open to other brand suggestions, but the price would have to be the same or less. :) Thanks!

So nobody's tried the Intel 330 series in a MBP? If that be the case... does any one have any suggestions for $100-ish (USD) 120+ GB SSDs for my mid-09 MBP?

Just purchased the 120GB OCZ Agility 3 that's on sale at 1saleaday.com today for $69.99 plus a $10 rebate ($59.99 total). Hope it was a good decision. Regardless, it's new and has a 3-year warranty. Next stop - 8GB of DDR3 and Mountain Lion in July. :)
