I have been searching and haven't found any information yet. Are there any aftermarket companies such as JetDrives that offer SSD upgrades for the newest rMBP 13"? Does anyone know if the late 2013 model has the same screws and SSD compatability with the new 2014 models?

Regarding only for the Mid 2014 MacBook Pro Retina, it uses a blade style flash storage device like this one below, but unknown about the 2013 today, and I have not found one at this time.

does that mean the JetDrive 720 should work on the mid 2014? It appears to be the same form factor however nothing has been said about the newest rMBP model either way.

Both the late-2013 and mid-2014 rMBPs share the same proprietary (non-M.2) PCIe SSD blade drive.

There are no aftermarket upgrades available for it.

OWC and Transcend only make upgrades for the mSATA SSD blades found in mid-2012, late-2012 and early-2013 rMBPs.

So in short:
Ivy Bridge: mSATA blade SSD - aftermarket upgrades available.
Haswell: non-M.2 PCIe blade SSD - no aftermarket upgrades available.

We can upgrade if we find a stock Apple/Samsung Unit (on ebay, or the like), right?

Correct, you can find them on eBay, other then that there are not options at the moment. Only older pre-2013 models have the ability to upgrade the SSDs

Thanks guys, I contacted JetDrive because I really like their full package and they said a product should be available early 2015.

Just a minor clarification for others that find this thread helpful. JetDrive is not the company. It is the product name. The manufacturer is Transcend. They have a great website to look up your system for compatibility.
