SSD+HDD in 2009 MBP

I want to put an SSD in my main drive bay, and move my HDD to the optical drive bay with OWC's data doubler.

Does BootCamp play nice with this setup? I'd be running OS X on the SSD, and have a Windows 7 partition on the HDD.

Has anyone done this before, or know if it would work like I want it?
