SSD/HDD setup for Mac + Windows

Here's the setup I will do:
- 500GB HDD in the main hard drive bay
- 480GB SSD in the optical drive bay

My question is, what is better to do with the installation of Mac OS and Windows through Bootcamp:

Option 1: Mac OS on SSD + a part of the HDD, and Windows on the other part of the HDD

Option 2: Mac OS on SSD and Windows on HDD, both separated

Option 3: Mac OS on a part of SSD and HDD, and Windows on a part of SSD and HDD (if it's possible)
