I have a 2015 macbook pro that's fried, unfixable, so, I'm using my old 2011 macbook pro... I miss the SSD.

Is it possible to put my 2015 SSD in my 2011 macbook pro?

No, it's a different type. You would need to buy a 2.5" SSD for the 2011 model.

On a good note, unlike the Retina model MacBook Pros, the 2011 unibody model can use a third party SSD, so you can get a reasonably nice one for under $100 depending on the size you need.

WOW! ..... a 2015 MBP thats unfixable?! have you taken it to Applecare about it, even if you don't have Applecare and are outside the warranty I wouldn't write off a computer that is less than two years old without a fight.

Oh wait ...did it suffer a terrible accident? maybe insurance?
