SSD in HD location and optibay the HD? Tutorial?

I haven't opened up a Mac laptop yet - how hard is it to remove the stock drive, put in a 40GB Intel x25-m and opitbay the stock drive into the OOD location? Estimate time for the entire swap? If you guys could point me to a good tutorial that would be great - I tried finding a good one but none came with pictures and good directions.

I can do the swap in about 10 minutes.

As for pictures, I think there are some in the optibay thread here on MR.

It's an easy swap IMO, it'd take less than 10-15 minutes for me to do it. Doing the swap the first time I'd say a half hour tops.

As for guides, check out ifixit.com, there are lots of guides there that should help you
