SSD Manufacturer in 2013 MBA - Please

Hi,

I am looking to purchase a MacBook Air. I wanted to know if any one in the forums have either of these configurations and who your SSD manufacturer is:

13" MBA
1.3 or 1.7 GHz

128, 256, 512 GB SSD

I know they are using PCIe bus so the speed is good, but for a while Apple used SanDisk and Toshiba and I still wanted to know if any of you have received the newer MBA with either Toshiba or SanDisk, or are they all Samsung?

I have the 13" MBA 1.3, SanDisk 128gb bought mine in late august.
