I have a 2011 MBP and a SSD coming and I plan to put the SSD in the original bay and the stock HD in optibay. My question is, what is the easiest way to install Lion and Windows 7 on the SSD?

Last I heard, it's difficult or even impossible to boot Win7 installer DVD from a USB driveon MBPs. This is what came to my mind:
1. Replace HD with SDD
2. Download and install Lion using a Lion recovery USB drive
3. Boot into Lion, run SU, partition with Bootcamp
4. Install Win7 from a DVD
5.Replace the Superdrive with the HD
