so I have a macbook pro that came with a SSD drive from apple. It is trim ebanled. If I take out the drive and replace it with a larger ssd drive will trim still be enabled??

I've read somewhere that SSDs provided by Apple have built in TRIM support in Lion, but check it yourself.

Go to ":apple: > About This Mac > More Info > System Report" and
click on "Serial-ATA". Select your SSD from the top right device tree and its TRIM support is going to be displayed below.

this is correct and i have a trim enabled apple hardrive. but if i was to take it out and add a larger ssd drive would my computer still be trim enabled??
