Found this adaptor for 2016/2017 non-touch bar for ssd upgrades

Has anyone heard or tried these out with a 42mm length pci-e ssd? 1587411306 Ive found 512,1tb,2tb nvme ssd that fit this with 2000+mbps read and write too. Makes the cost of making my Mac 1tb roughly 220 dollars.
