Ssd Vs. Hdd?

So, I'm looking at two different hard drives for my Macbook (5,1), and I was wondering which one is better?

They both will work in your Mac. Im not sure on the performance of the Crucial SSD's. Its always better to go for a brand such as OCZ or Intel.

With relation to which is best then it depends on what you want to use to benchmark it?
