Nope you will have to use a third party Trim Enabler software

Nope. And just so you know(as your post isn't clear whether you do or not), you can't just stick a run-of-the-mill 2.5" SSD in there, the retina MBP uses a blade type SSD.

Either way, unless you get an Apple branded SSD ripped out from another machine, you're out of luck as far as TRIM goes.
