Hi!
I think that ive read somewere that cydia automatically saver your iOs firmwires (or whatevver). Does this mean that they are wasting memory on my iPhone right now? Were can they be found? Im not planning on restoring to an earlier FW anyways. My iPhone 4 is now restored, but has been getting a LOT of "other" lately wasting memory, can this be the old saved FW wasting my memory?

as in memory you mean storage space I think, for the lots of "other" you can restore as new to get rid of it.

Ok, thanks.

But back to the question, has cydia somewere/somehow saved my iOS FW in my iPhone?

Nope, it is only saved on their servers in case you want to restore. You have to change your DNS to use their servers if you want to restore to an older firmware. Tinyumbrella may also save them locally on your computer.
