I watched some Youtube videos and tried to make my own text tones. I used openssh from cydia and I downloaded Cyberduck on my mac. I got the tones to work from the settings menu(meaning I can hear my custom tones on my phone) but when I receive a text there is no sound just 2 quick vibrations. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!

you got it on silent?

you could just wait a coupla months and use iOS5 to do them properly, or if you have access to the beta, then get that....

I wish it was that simple, but I did think that was problem at first.
