SSH to fix a touch screen issue 2G iPhone

So my iPhone 2G recently got a touchscreen problem, the top bar of the screen is "semi unreponsive" according to apple tech support as it works in Landscape mode but not Portrait mode.

I need to activate a theme but its at the top of the Winterboard list, how do I change this? Possible in SSH
