SSH Tunnel Manager: Experiences?

Have any of you had experience with the free software SSH Tunnel Manager?

I have it running currently and it appears to be doing what it's supposed to. The log files I need to be looking at (or perhaps I just need to sniff my own packets) escape me as I'd like to find out (for certain) that things are going as they are supposed to.

Any advice is welcome.
