Do these computers still need RAM? I mean, isn't the point of RAM to access memory that we know we're gonna use in a short period of time faster than the hard drive can do. If the SSHD is just as fast as RAM, I don't really see the point of RAM. Just what I've been pondering for this past little while. Any insights?
 
It is not as fast as RAM and RAM is volatile, that is no power = no memory. Where as the SSD are no volatile so they can store the data.
