Ive had a ST716v5 Wireless router for a while now and I noticed it has a USB port on the back (B ver usb). I was wondering if I could attach an external hard drive to it and basically get an NAS hard drive? Ive found nothing in the manual to suggest you can do this but I thought it was worth asking!

Thanks guys.

A quick google shows that is an ADSL gateway/router so the USB port is likely for direct connection to your computer. It probably wouldn't work as a NAS connection without serious firmware munging.

I thought that was probably just what it was for, oh well. Thanks for replying.
