Stability of MacOS PB compared to iOS PB

I'm curious to know how the MacOS PB compares to the iOS PB in terms of stability.

I was really hesitant to try the iOS PB because I rely heavily on my iPhone. But I gave into temptation and I was delightfully surprised at how stable it is. There are a couple of very insignificant nuisance crashes, but overall I find the iOS PB to be very stable and easily useable as a daily driver and I have no regrets about diving in.

So I'm wondering if the MacOS PB is similarly stable? I use my Mac for work every day, so I need it to be fundamentally stable, although I can handle the odd application crash now and then. In particular, I need Excel and Mail to be strong, along with the basic iCloud apps.

Is it possible to say whether the MacOS PB is more, less, or equally stable to the iOS PB?

For me it's been so stable I honestly forgot I was running a beta. The first one was a little buggy, but usable.

there never seems to be a 'one size fits all' answer for these things. for me, the new ios and mac betas have been pretty great; not perfect, but not problematic either. am happy to be running both, and am focused on working (as opposed to either troubleshooting, or whining).

I've found the public betas of Mojave to be really quite robust, with no KPs at all, and the only time I needed to restart was when installing new versions of Mojave or Little Snitch.

Two days on unsupported mac, MAcBookPro early 2008, installed over unsuppored installation of High Siera and works normally. Some little issues in iMovie.
