Stable diffusion performance on Mac Silicon

How fast is stable diffusion on Mac Silicon?

Be interested to know specifically about M1 Max vs M1 Ultra, to see if the extra silicon is being utilised.

I get around 12s/it (iterations per second) on a 3080 (10GB) under WSL2 (windows)

Test configuration: 512 x 512 image, 100 sampling steps, Euler a, batch size 1, prompt: test 123

It is about M1 Pro but from what I heard from a colleague with a M1 Max, results are pretty similar between Pro and Max
