Stacks for Tiger?

The new dock in Leopard with stacks looks like a godsend...I can only imagine not having to go through the nightmare of finding, minimizing, and maximizing my open apps/pages. Anyone know of a similar program/app that will help me to organize my open windows/apps and easily access them, e.g. from the dock? I currently use 3 virtual desktops (YouControl) and Sticky Windows.

Stacks doesn't hold all your open windows and applications. It's simply a folder which is expanded with a click. A similar (but not as pretty) experience can be achieved in Tiger by simply ctrl-clicking on a folder in the Dock.
