Stacks question

Hi all,

I created 2 folders to be used as stacks.

In one folder, I put aliases to all my adobe CS3 apps. Dragged the folder to the dock and have a beautiful stack which opens and shows the icons for all the apps in it.

In another folder, I put aliases to the developer tools (xcode 3, ib 3, dashcode). Dragged the folder to the dock, and have a stack which opens and shows only generic icons. How do i get app icons to show properly for these developer apps?

I can't figure out why one stack gets its icons properly, and the other stack does not.

Same thing happens to me with the DVD player icon, all others are fine.
