Stacks > Sort By Kind inconsistent

I am using Stacks sorted by Kind and have an issue with Screenshots.

Screenshots (Shift + cmd +4) sometimes get sorted into the Images stack. Not always, mostly they end up in the Screenshots stack. Haven't notced a pattern yet seems kind of random.

Attached is a screenshot of part of my Desktop with the Images Stack expanded.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?
