stacks that work (dont crash) with iPhone 3.0

I was wondering is there a version of stacks that works with 3.0. I downloaded the alpha of V.3 and it keeps sending my phone into safe mode. Wondering if there is a working version?

I downloaded some hacked version of it (alpha i think over cydia) It kept sending my phone into safe mode. i would pay, thats no problem. I have bought 4-5 apps on cydia, and all of my apple apps are payed for. Where do i go to donate and install? I would likely have to install it using SSH? I have never used that before.
