staff user deleted

Hi,

I'm not really a mac genius so I hope some of you will be able to help me.
I wanted to share a folder on my Mac via System preferences - Share
This wasn't a problem but I mistakenly deleted the staff user and now it doesn't work anymore.

Can anyone help my with getting the staff user back?
