iPhone 12 Stain on iPhone 12 Camera Plate

Hey all,

Just want to know what could be the cause of the stain on the camera plate of the black iPhone 12 and what could be done to fix it? Tried rubbing it with water and some lense wipes so it cannot be normal fingerprint marks. It's visible and becomes less visible when viewing on a tight angle. It is cosmetically annoying that's all. Don't think it impacts quality of photos/videos.

Hey I have the EXACT same issue, and just noticed. What should I do? Did you end up returning it to Apple or not? Mine is also the black IPhone 12.
