Stainless Steel on X Model?

I noticed the edge band that goes around the phone on the X is stated to be stainless steel? Is this polished stainless steel?

If so, I guess we are going to expect scratches?

Then I got to wonder if the darker version of the X (I know it comes in silver and a darker finish), if the darker finish might have a coating on the stainless steel edge like the Black watch, or if it is just shiny, polished stainless steel too?

Thanks and sorry! The terms I used to search were probably bad. I do think if it helps someone it could be beneficial though.

This is what I have now found:

It seems to me from a hands on video I finally found that the Space Grey model looks VERY dark on the edges.

Therefore, I want to assume it is coated like the Space Black Stainless watch.

I say go for the Space Grey iPhone X to avoid dealing with scratches on the edge of the phone. The Space Black stainless is very durable.
