Don’t have a clue. I have a graphite in order but was debating getting this. But think going to hold off

I walked into the Apple Store ( Reading in the Oracle ) on Friday and was able to buy a 45 SS. They seem not to advertise stock online but have stock if you walk in. Seemed to have everything about from titanium.

Good luck

I walked into the Edinburgh store yesterday when it opened and I managed to get a 45mm Silver SS. I got the Milanese strap with it which was pre packed with it. The other choice was a starlight sports band with the watch.

After reading of people managing to get a watch on walk-in, I decided to go on a Road Trip today. Planned to go to Reading and then Basingstoke, but stopped in Basingstoke first. They had Graphite and Silver SS in-stock (I have had Silver SS watches so far, and had a Silver SS Series 7 on order to deliver 03-10 Nov). I looked at both and decided on the Graphite and as was about to purchase someone had snagged the last one! Was gutted, but they checked stock and found 2 graphite SS in Southampton, so they reserved me one and I zoomed down to pick it up.

I ended up picking up that silver stainless in Liverpool. Glad i did. Much preferred it over the graphite in store. They also swapped the midnight band out for a black leather they had.

Generally my experience is that Stock for online orders can be different to store stock ……. in the early days of a product there will be walk-in stock availability and yet deliveries online maybe weeks out ….. likewise you will see stock popping up at third party retailers, John Lewis is always a good one to keep an eye on although they do go in and out of stock quickly.

Situation is still dire. Walked into store today, guy checked but none available. I did feel like he didn’t look properly as he didn’t seem to know his way around the handheld POS

Availability for SS Silver had lit up in loads of UK stores this afternoon. Worth persevering to beat delivery times. Need to leave in half hour :D:D

Thanks to this thread I’ve just snagged a Stainless Graphite from Touchwood to pickup this afternoon and promptly cancelled my delivery as it wasn’t coming until November 30th ??
Brill! Touchwood was a bit late adding them yesterday so I went into Birmingham!
