it used to be when you went into the activity app on the watch you’d get a preview of how many stands you’d managed in the day (and still do) but the most recent blue bar would pulsate if you hadn’t yet achieved it. I used the find that really useful, so would get up and move around to get the stand credit.

Now when I look to see if I’ve been credited I can’t tell as that most recent bar doesn’t pulsate so it looks like you’ve got the credit (when you might not of).

Is this by design? Seems like a backwards step.
 
Mine never pulsated.
It would always pulsate if you checked activity and did not have the stand hour for the hour you were in. It would flash to let you know that you had not completed that stand hour yet. It happened in watchOS 1, 2 and 3. I am also noticing that this is missing in watchOS 4.

I hope its only a bug, because it was extremely useful.
