Standalone EQ for PPC 10.5.8/10.4.11?

I was curious if anyone knew of a solution for the lack of EQ outside of Itunes. I saw some newer apps for intel 10.10 and higher but nothing for Tiger or Leopard. I am aware of the AU Eq tweak, but do not want to bother with that if I don't have to.

I had found boom2 but it doesn't work with 10.5.8. Anyobe know the last Boom build compatible with leopard?
