Standard time to connect to AT&T and random numbers.

Coming from a long line of iPhones, Whenever I used to turn on my 3g, 3gs or 4 it would snap onto AT&T right away, When I turn my 4s on, it says "searching" for a good half a minute, and then has 310-410 as the carrier.... Anyone else?

I've noticed the same thing, the phone seems to work, but I'm roaming onto ATT from Telstra and it still is incorrect.

I'm getting the same thing when I put in my Orange UK sim. I even tried to do a restore but it still shows it. Weird.
