Standby mode and clocik

I will preface this by saying that, in settings, under Date and Time, the time zone says "Chicago." When I invoke Standby mode, the clock that appears is on Pacific time. How is this corrected?

Just figured it out....you need to long press on the clock face and it gives you the option of selecting the city that you are in. Curious that the general date and time in settings doesn't automatically apply to the time in Standby mdoe
