That's really what it is, yes. "Time to Stand" really equals "Time to stand and move for 60 seconds." No minute of moving = no credit for standing.
There was a study recently that showed that standing wasn't enough, and you really need to move for TWO minutes every hour to see the health benefits that were previously thought to come just from standing up. So the one minute move requirement is a good thing, but you should really tack on another minute of desk-dancing to keep yourself healthy.
