OK so now ATT and Starbucks are finally giving us the 2 free hours of wifi internet if you have a registered Starbucks card. After screwing around with it a bit I have discovered a couple of things which might be usefull to everyone else:

1. Your SB card needs to be registered from a network not at SB. The DNS settings seem to not allow you to get to the necessary pages if you are on the ATTWifi network in a SB. You will get pretty far, but the confirmation at the end never happens and your account is not created.
2. Your SMTP (outgoing email server) settings will not work from within the ATTWifi network. You need to set up a secondary SMTP server with the name "smtp.attwifi.com".
3. If you use OpenDNS as your DNS provider it needs to be disabled. I suggest creating a new network profile with no DNS server specified (DHCP will take care of it).

After using it for about an hour now I have had the network drop hard 2x. I had to disable and re-enable my airport to reconnect.

Have fun.
