How can I start my Iphone Clean without loosing all my contacts, music, photos, texts and emails. Basically I just wanna remove all the programs. Because Alot of programs I have uninstalled still have stuff left over. Is there anyway I can remove all of this and start fresh. I think its causing my phone problems.

Thanks

You can't. But you can restore as new and sync most of the stuff over to your iPhone, if you've synced it before to the appropriate program (e. g., outlook for contacts and notes). The thing you'll lose is messages unless you use some third party app. You might also be able to use MobileMe. I'm not sure why you think you'll lose your emails since they should be on the server. Music and such can just be synced back again
