Start on Spotlight Tweak

hey guys i was wondering if there was a tweak to make it so that when you unlock you phone, it starts on the spotlight screen as opposed to your 1st springboard page, i kinda remember seeing a tweak for that, maybe not... if there is, id much appreciate if someone knew what it was called
