"Start radio" feature

When I use iOS 7, I could use literally any song to begin a new station based on that song.

Now, I find I can no longer use Japanese songs to start a new station. Interesting.

By the way, even I may never join apple music, I can still view designated album when listening radio. And I love this new music app introduced in iOS 9. Much better than the one in iOS 8.4.

Yes. I see it. But I cannot start station based on Japanese song.
