Hi

I recently installed Snow Leopard on my MacBook and realised, like many others, that my printer wasn't supported. I downloaded the Lexmark driver package from the apple website (http://support.apple.com/kb/DL901) but still no support for my old printer.

Oh well.

However, since then, I have been receiving an error message on start up...

“/Library/StartupItems/LexSleeperX.app” has not been started because it does not have the proper security settings

There is nothing in the StartupItems folder when I look into it...either in the system folder or my user folder.

I also uninstalled the Lexmark driver but seems to have made no difference. Searched in Finder for the LexSleeperX.app but no joy...

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Hi all,

I'm still experiencing this problem if anyone has any advice to offer. Many thanks.
