Ola,
I had a large amount of water spilled on my MacBook Pro a few days a go. I powered it off and let it dry and for the most part it's working. There is some damage to the screen which I can live with and I used DiskWarrior to get rid of the hard drive errors I got in Disk Utilities.
The issue that I'm still having, is that I can only start up the computer by holding down the power button for several seconds until I hear a loud beep. It will not start up with just a regular press of the power button. Also, if I close the the screen to put it to sleep the computer just restarts.
Anyone know of a fix?
Thanks in advance.
