Starting 10/7/2012 ATT will only allow 14 days for iPhone returns

So goodbye to the generous 30 day return policy. Att is just following Verizon and Speint's 14 day return policy now.

If one buys buys their phone from Apple, they will still have 30 days to return it according to their (Apple's) return policy.

Pretty sure you meant to type 2012 - not 2011.

As to the policy - good for them. Either you like the phone, or you do not. There are millions that want a phone NOW, but can not get it because so many have returned theirs for another color, size, etc.

U have 30 days at apple. But the kicker is u won't be able to cancel att service after 14 days.

Costco has 90 day return policy with phones so u can switch phones out at subsidized price but ur contract is extended after the 14 day window to return is over.

Holy moly!

Im sure someone will be caught with this exception on AT&T thinking they can cancel everything within 30 days (AT&T contract included) but here is one person who won't.
