Starting to get a bad feel about Macbook Pro now!

My Macbook Pro is Late 2013 model retina model.

Last month, keyboard 2 keys stopped working.
From yesterday, the audio output is feeling like its broken.
Weird loud touty feel coming when any audio notification works.

Whats wrong ?
