Hi, I'm starting up a video production company. So i need a billing system and something as an nice file about my clients and agenda. For somebody who is kind of messy!
QuickBooks works quite well for the former. You can find a free version here. QuickBooks does support Macs but I do not know about the free version (up to 20 customers). Should be good to get you started.
For the latter I guess this depends on what you are looking for. I keep everything in Entourage at the moment for Contact Information (for legacy reasons) although I'm switching to Mail/iCal/Address Book. I also keep a file structure on my machine that looks like:
