Hi, my HD crashed tonight...don't really know why. Anyway, i ran the restore CD and restarted the comp, only to be stuck at the blue screen with the beach ball rolling. I have no idea what's wrong with my main HD. I'm booting off of my second HD right now, but i would like to use the 80 Gig HD as the bootdisk. Can someone tell me what the problem might be or just give me some pointers? I can't seem to get to the desktop, at all...🙁 and i've lost most of my stuff..bleh

Try to boot off a OS 9 CD with DiskWarrior. If you have not formated your drive, you'll be able to restore most of your data. Reinstall OS X after you have run DW.
