Startup Issues with Adobe CS4 on Snow Leopard

Hi, everyone.

I just purchased a 27" iMac with the Quad-core Core i5. Along with this purchase I also got the Adobe Creative Suite Master Collection and installed it on the machine. That weekend I used Flash and Photoshop and Acrobat with no problems.

However, upon going through and trying to open each Adobe product there were several that crashed just after opening or as they were opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the entire suite, but to no avail.

The programs that are causing me trouble are After Effects 9.0.2, Encore, Fireworks, Illustrator and InDesign.

I have also searched for any updates that were available, but I have not been able to find too much documentation on anything but problems with Photoshop CS4.

Anyone have any ideas or advice?

The only time I've seen this happen is when you try to move the apps to other folders.

Have you tried to install just one of the apps?

I haven't tried to install just one or two apps alone. I may want to try that just to see what happens.
