At work today, I updated the software update for my MacBook Pro 15in (circa 2015.) It downloaded perfectly fine and when I was leaving work my laptop was only at 9%. So when I got the laptop out of my backpack a few minutes ago, it was dead (to no surprise.)
So I plugged in my charger and pressed the power button and it didn't turn on. I closed the laptop and then the light, which blinks to notify you it's still running, was on. Turned it on again and nothing but the Apple sound and the screen was black. After about 30 seconds, the screen lit up and went to a language selection screen. It then asked me to enter what happened with my password. I just clicked on the keyboard wouldn't let me enter it in. Then I changed my password, and it let me restart it. It just went to a black screen again and won't turn on again...
I had issues with the MacBook a few months ago due to a hard drive and motherboard issue, but Apple got it fixed. I don't know what to do and am extremely frustrated I'm having yet another issue with this.
