Startup Keyboard commands on a Logitech USB keyboard

Does anyone know of a way to make the logitech USB keyboard capable of issueing Mac startup commands?

I am running a G4/Tiger 10.4.3.

What I am refering to is if I need to boot to single user I have to switch keyboards. If I want to boot to CD I have to change keyboards or set the default before shutting down. If I need to reset the PRAM I have to change keyboards. This is truely a pain in the backside.
