Hello

I've been tasked with replacing a failed HDD with an SSD, in a 2007 iMac. However, when I hold the option key to go into the startup manager, I'm getting a blank white screen with only the cursor visible.

I'm using a bootable OS X Yosemite USB drive, which has been tested in another mac. I've also tried resetting the PRAM and SMC, with no success.

Anything else I can try?

Thanks
