Startup skips my Login Panel: HELP!

My computer starts up then it skips my login panel and it goes into darwin/console black screen with a command line where it asks me to login.

i don't know what to do? I've been searching apple support and can't find nothing... Is there a commabd line i need to type to get out of it?

Assuming reboot or exit doesn't get you back into OSX, then you may need to either restore the Netinfo Database, or run and Archive & Install.

Isn't the NETINFO Database only for Server's?
